What type of information we have:

If you allow us to store your details then we will only hold all or some of the following: your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. We do not hold any customer credit/debit card details within our systems. If you are purchasing from us via mail order then all card details are input directly into our card machine and if you’re shopping online with us you will be directed to a secure third party page who will process your details securely for us.

How we get the information and why do we have it:

We only store your contact details if you tell us you are happy for us to do this. This will include all or some of the following: your name, postal address, e-mail address and telephone number. This will happen when you purchase an item from us, when you complete a rental agreement with us or when you sign up to our mailing list either online or in person. It is your right to have your details removed at any time and this can be simply done by e-mailing us your request or calling us to ask to have your details removed.

What we do with the information:

Your contact details which you allow us to store will only be used for the sole purpose of contacting you regarding our business. This can be to let you know about an event you may be interested in, to update you on an order, to offer you the opportunity of a service for your instrument or to remind you of a rental or special offer. We do not share your information with anybody or any other company.

How we store your details:

Your details are securely stored on a password protected database. If you wish to be removed from this database then your request can be actioned immediately.
